The Right Conversation

Priority 1
Chief Nuclear Scientist
PhD in nuclear engineering or physics. Experience with molten salt reactors, fluoride salt chemistry, LFTR design, or advanced fission systems. Q clearance required or obtainable. This is a co-founder conversation — 5–15% equity, 4-year vesting. The most important role in the company.
Priority 2
Seed Investors
Angels and family offices with deep tech experience and 10–20 year investment horizons. Target: $500K–$2M seed round to fund chief scientist recruitment, DOE SBIR and ARPA-E applications, and ORNL CRADA initiation. First criticality at Month 56 is the valuation gate.
Priority 3
Government Partners
DARPA program managers, AFWERX, ONR, and national laboratory contacts. Vehicle-scale LFTR eliminating the military fuel supply chain vulnerability is a direct fit for multiple open BAAs. CRADA discussions with ORNL and INL are welcome now.
